Donor Relations Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and cultivate major donor relationships
Network to increase the number of donors
Meet or exceed major gift financial goals
Expand donor base and secure major gifts

Qualifications:
Proven experience in major gift fundraising and donor relations with a track record of successful fundraising results
1-3 years of general development and/or nonprofit experience
Strong ability to form and maintain relationships
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization skills
High sense of accountability and self-awareness

Position Details:
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 annually
Work Location: Warminster, PA (In-Person)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:55 am – 5:00 pm with limited evenings and weekends (as needed)
