Our Vision
To become a refuge where Catholics encounter healing, mercy, and freedom — restoring trust in their own goodness, in others, and in God through trauma-informed, relationship-centered care.
Our Core Values
Mercy — We believe no person is defined by their wounds, failures, trauma, or sins. Every client is met with compassion, dignity, and hope.
Human Dignity — Every person possesses inherent worth and goodness, regardless of what they have experienced or how they currently see themselves.
Relationship — People are created for relationship, wounded in relationship, and healed in relationship. Authentic connection is central to lasting change.
Clinical Excellence — We provide evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy while honoring the whole person — mind, body, and soul.
Hope — No story is beyond redemption. Growth, healing, and restoration remain possible even in the deepest suffering.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual therapy to clients navigating trauma, grief, loss, and life transitions through a faith-integrated lens
- Collaborate with the practice owner and team for consultation, case support, and professional growth
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in our practice management system
- Contribute to a warm, mission-driven practice culture

- An associate-level or fully licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in good standing
- Personal alignment with Catholic values and a genuine comfort with faith-integrated clinical care
- Training or experience in trauma-informed approaches (EMDR, CPT, or similar a plus)
